1. Subject to the terms and conditions of warranty expressed on the website of Paradox Marine, www.paradoxmarine.com, which are incorporated by reference herein, all parts are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of sale to be reasonably fit for their intended purpose and shall be free from defects and damage. NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXTENDED EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

2. Any product returned to Paradox Marine and determined by Paradox Marine, according to its sole and exclusive discretion, to be defective and not damaged or destroyed by improper use, installation, or service, once approved, will receive product credit on account of or a credit against outstanding invoices. Under no circumstances shall Paradox Marine give cash refunds.

3.  Any product returned to Paradox Marine and determined by Paradox Marine, according to its sole and exclusive discretion, to be in its original packaging and in new condition, may be returned for a product credit within 30 days of purchase. Under no circumstances shall Paradox Marine give cash refunds.
